Warranty

What is not covered under warranty?

Damages caused by fur babies. This includes but is not limited to: Bites, rips, tears, excessive scratching, stains, burns and moisture from condensation damage. Damage caused by commercial use, such as in a hotel or store.

All Catnip Cove products include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. If the issue is confirmed to be a fault, we’ll arrange a replacement for you right away.
